All of the chipset's features may not work until IME is installed. I haven't seen one case where not installing the driver caused any problems in last ten years. If Intel is making software, they need to do better integration testing and Microsoft needs to stop forcing drivers on people.

Suggest you to cross check the drivers from Manufacturer website or from Intel website to see if it helps. This thread is locked. Everything works great now.
